Terrorists Fail To Release 25 Abducted Kaduna Women, 15 Others Despite Collecting N9m Ransom

Bandits who kidnapped 25 women and others in three communities in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, have refused to release their victims despite collecting N9million as ransom.

 

It would be recalled that the terrorists had on June 30, 2022, stormed the villages on over 30 motorcycles and murdered over 20 residents, before kidnapping the victims.

 

A source told SaharaReporters that the bandits later contacted their families and demanded a sum of N100million for their release.

He said the families were able to raise N9million which was sent to the gunmen, but they had refused to release the victims.

 

“The kidnappers have refused to release the 40 people including 25 women after paying them N9million as ransom,” the source said.
