Following the reported invasion of his home by the Nigerian army, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, is nowhere to be found. He seems to have vanished into thin air or teleported to another place in the galaxy.
No one seems to know where he is. Orji Uzor Kalu hinted he’s made his way to London but recently recanted. His family members and lawyer deny having knowledge of his whereabouts and pointed accusing fingers at the Nigerian army. The Nigerian army says it has no idea where Nnamdi Kanu is.
Kanu’s absence poses a problem for many people, including Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe. Kanu is supposed to be in court two days ago when his trial resumed. He was charged with treason amid other accusations. Abaribe and his other sureties have been ordered to produce him or face the consequences.
But what are Nigerians saying about Nnamdi Kanu at the moment?
