A Nigerian lady who resides in Ireland, has expressed joy after winning the Central Bank of Ireland’s highest award.
Taking to her Twitter account @Nono_Okeke_29, a staff of the bank, disclosed she won the “Spotlight Award” which is the highest award in the Irish central bank.
She dedicated the award to DG of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who she said motivates her.
Sharing snapshots, Ms Okeke wrote;
”So this happened yesterday! I work in Central Bank of Ireland and yesterday I won the “Spotlight Award” which is the highest award you can ever win in Central Bank.Still in shock!
Ngozi Iweala is the woman that motivates me to work viciously hard! I dedicate this award to her”
The young lady also received congratulatory messages from fellow Nigerians.
