Manchester United reportedly sent scouts to Brazil to watch Gremio star Everton as they eye a potential move for the forward.
Everton scored the first goal as Brazil beat Peru in the Copa America final on Sunday and he was back in action on Wednesday evening for his club side.
There was plenty of media interest at the game amid rumours it could be Everton’s last for Gremio as they took on Bahia.
Everton scored his side’s goal as they were held 1-1 – and United officials were there to see him find the net, according to reports in Brazil.
Bayern Munich have also been linked with a swoop for Everton and are preparing a bid, per the report.
