Ekiti Election: Steel and Mineral Resources Minister, Fayemi Meets Tinubu and Akande (Video)

The Governorship candidate of All Progressive Congress for Ekiti state in the forth coming election, Kayode Fayemi has begun to intensify preparations ahead of the July elections.

The former Governor of Ekiti state and current minister of steel and mineral resources is set to lock horns with the People’s Democratic party candidate, Prof Kolapo Olusola, who is also the annointed candidate by the incumbent Governor, Ayodele Fayose.

Although the first APC primary was marked by violence and inconclusive but a rescheduled primary gave Fayemi the mandate

As part of the numerous strategy meetings, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Bisi Akande and other APC Stelwarts were caught on camera meeting Dr Fayemi.This may prove Tinubu has put his differences aside with Fayemi who is known to have insulted him on several occasions.

The July 14 elections would definitely be a battle between “federal might”, “local might” and the will of the people.
